Visiting from out of town, I learned that my old cell phone could no longer support my service provider. A quick search found Cell Phone Paradise. The proprietor quickly took into account my needs for a used unlocked windows phone, in less than a minute located one in his stock, tested it with my SIM card (demonstrating to me that it worked by calling his own shop with it), and then came down off the price significantly when I told him I could not afford his price. Altogether a most pleasant experience buying a nice late model HTC M8.
